Hi there, I’m Leticia. I’ve been curious for as long as I can remember. My curiosity led me to books and I fell in love with storytelling and language. A lot has changed about me over the years, but one thing has remained true: I’m a learner at heart. I am not afraid to ask questions and dig for clarity. That quirky personality trait transformed into a handy skill as a UX Researcher.

I am a fervent advocate for users. I am committed to getting to the bottom of their needs and motivations to help design intuitive and engaging products that make their lives easier.  I have experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, but my strength lies in the subtle art of having a conversation.
